PU foam 267x216x20 mm
The electrostatic dissipative PU foam from EPApack, in pink, offers an optimal solution for protecting sensitive electronic components during transport. This precisely cut product, measuring 267x216x20 mm, is made from high-quality polyurethane and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The smooth finish of the foam ensures uniform and effective shielding against electrostatic discharges. Thanks to its open-cell structure, the foam is soft and flexible, which allows for safe use as an insert for shipping boxes. The conductive conductivity provides additional protection by safely dissipating static charges.
To ensure a long lifespan, the foam should be properly stored, achieving a durability of up to 2 years under ideal conditions. This foam is available both in a profiled 1:1 foam version and as smooth foam, to meet diverse application needs.
