Product Info
The PU foam from EPApack is specifically designed for use in shipping boxes and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. This electrostatically dissipative material helps to safely transport sensitive electronic components. The foam measures 400 mm in length, 300 mm in width, and has a thickness of 20 mm. The smooth finish of the foam is in pink and is characterized by its open-cell, soft structure.
The material polyurethane ensures durability of up to 2 years with proper storage. The conductivity of the material is dissipative, which provides additional protection against static charges. This foam is available both in a nubbed profile version and in the smooth version described here.
