The electrostatic dissipative PU foam from EPApack offers an optimal solution for use in shipping boxes to safely transport sensitive electronic components. With dimensions of 490 mm in length, 460 mm in width, and a thickness of 20 mm, this foam fits perfectly into standard packaging.
The pink color of the foam facilitates identification and sorting in storage and shipping processes. The material is made of polyurethane and is available in an open-cell, soft version with a 1:1 nub profile, which provides additional protection and effectively absorbs shocks.
This product meets the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it a safe choice for handling electrostatically sensitive components. The conductivity is classified as dissipative, and with proper storage, the foam is durable for up to 2 years.
