Product Info
The electrostatic dissipative PU foam from EPApack, measuring 550x350x20 mm, is ideal for use in shipping boxes to protect sensitive electronic components from static discharge. This product complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers additional protection against mechanical damage due to its open-cell, soft design.
Available in pink, the foam features a dimpled profile (Profile 1:1) that provides improved adaptability and protective effects. The material polyurethane ensures durability of up to 2 years with proper storage.
The dimensions of the foam are 550 mm in length, 350 mm in width, and 20 mm in thickness, which allows for easy integration into various packaging systems. The conductivity of the material is dissipative, which further contributes to safety when handling electronic components.
