The EPA®plusVac20 ESD vacuum packaging machine from Komet is a high-quality tabletop device specifically designed for vacuum packaging larger, sensitive electronic components. This model features an ESD-safe construction, including conductive feet, inserts, and lids, ensuring the protection of sensitive parts.With a chamber size of 430 x 505 x 175 mm and a sealing length of 405 mm, the device allows efficient handling of bags up to a size of 400 x 500 mm. The integrated high-performance vacuum pump with a capacity of 21 m³ per hour, combined with the PerfectPlus control, ensures a fast and even vacuum. The control also allows for the setting of sealing times and the storage of up to 10 user programs.
Additional features include a vacuum stop button, nitrogen gassing device, soft ventilation, and an operating hours counter. The curved Plexiglas lid and height-adjustable inserts offer additional flexibility and comfort in use. The robust stainless steel housing and ease of operation make the EPA®plusVac20 a reliable solution for technical applications.

PerfectPlus control
Sensor-controlled electronics for constant vacuum – regardless of product and chamber size. Vacuum stop button. Welding times adjustable. 10 user programs can be stored individually. Standard with service program for dehumidifying the vacuum pump, boiling point detection, oil change indicator, soft ventilation and operating hours meter, password protection and separation welding with one temperature. Multi-cycle vacuum and gassing can be activated.
