The EPA®plusVac24 ESD vacuum packaging machine, manufactured by Komet, is a robust and compact floor-standing unit specifically designed for vacuum packaging larger products as well as numerous small bags. This machine uses ESD-safe film bags and is equipped with a high-performance vacuum pump that delivers a pumping capacity of 60 m³ per hour. The PerfectPlus control allows for sensor-controlled electronics that ensure a consistent and reproducible vacuum, regardless of product and chamber size.The chamber of the machine measures 640 x 480 x 200 mm with a sealing length of 455 mm. The machine offers various customization options, including adjustable sealing times, 10 individually storable user programs, a vacuum stop button, and the ability to activate multiple cycles for vacuum and gas flushing. Additionally, the device features a gas flushing unit for nitrogen, soft ventilation, and an operation hour counter.
The housing made of high-quality stainless steel, reinforced ESD-safe components such as conductive feet and inserts, and a curved Plexiglas lid complete the profile of this machine. The external dimensions are 710 x 665 x 1010 mm with the lid closed and 1500 mm with the lid open. The weight of the machine is 117 kg.
