Controller for series CG / SKT-KL-TCG

The control unit for the CG series by Kilews is specifically designed for torque ranges from 0.3 to 7 Nm and provides optimal control for all models of the SKT-CG series. The input voltage is between 100 to 240 V AC, while the output voltage is 40 V DC at a power of 360 W. With its compact dimensions of 185 x 241.4 x 127 mm and a weight of 3.4 kg, the device can be easily integrated into various work environments.
The simple programmability via PC or controller and the ability to store up to 50 sets of screw parameters or programs make the control unit particularly user-friendly. Additionally, up to 50 program sequences and 5 levels per screwing process can be programmed. Data communication is carried out via an RS-232 interface, supplemented by options such as Micro SD and LAN, which enables seamless integration into Industry 4.0 environments.
The various inputs and outputs like Start, Forward, Reverse, Disable, Confirm as well as OK, NG, OK ALL support flexible adaptation to different operating conditions. The device is therefore an ideal solution for demanding industrial applications that require precise screwing technology.

Controller for CG series

The control unit for intelligent EC screwdriving systems. These ensure maximum safety during tightening operations and enable the direct recording of measured values via torque and angle sensors as such, rather than indirect determination via the motor current.

All possible screwdriving cases or strategies can be set. Multi-stage tightening processes, torque measurement and compensation, torque and/or angle of rotation tightening processes.

  • Monitors tightening status, parameter settings and data storage for traceability.
  • With the torque converter developed in Germany, SKT-CG series screwdrivers can precisely control both tightening torque and speed.
