The ESD-EC electric screwdriver CG120 from Kilews represents the pinnacle of innovation in modern manufacturing technology. With a torque range from 2.4 to 12.0 Nm and a no-load speed of up to 1000 RPM, the device enables direct measurement recording via torque and angle sensors, ensuring precise control and error minimization in the screwing process.The flexibility of the system allows for adaptation to various screw cases and strategies, including multi-stage procedures and torque and angle screwing methods. The electric screwdriver is ESD-safe and features built-in LED lighting for optimal visibility. The device weighs 1130 g, has a length of 313 mm, and uses a 9.53 mm (3/8 inch) drive system, designed for use with Type B/Square bits and offers a continuous torque adjustment with an accuracy of ±7.5%.
