NSB - Quicher/Ohtake, screw size M 1.7
The NSB - Quicher/Ohtake screw feeder is specifically designed for handling very small screws of size M 1.7 and offers a maximum thread length of 20 mm. This high-precision feeding system is suitable for metric, imperial, and self-tapping screws, including variants with washers or lock washers.
The dimensions of the device are 123 mm in width, 181 mm in length, and 148 mm in height, allowing for a compact and efficient workspace. The filling volume of the base unit, including the rail and guide, is 80 cm³.
The power supply is provided by a 240V AC adapter (50/60 Hz), and the internal system operates with DC 15V - 1A. The processing speed reaches up to 2 screws per second, with individually adjustable vibration strength and an adjustable bit guide for precise positioning of the screws.
