The NSB - Quicher/Ohtake screw feeder is a high-precision device specially designed for handling small screws up to a size of M 3.0 and a maximum thread length of 20 mm. This model is characterized by its compact dimensions of 123 mm in width, 181 mm in length, and 148 mm in height, and offers a filling volume of 80 cm³.The device can process both metric and imperial self-tapping screws, including variants with washers or lock washers. The processing speed reaches up to 2 screws per second, with adjustable vibration strength to meet the requirements of different assembly environments. An adjustable bit guide allows for precise positioning of the screws.
The screw feeder comes with a 240V 50/60 Hz AC adapter, which is internally regulated down to DC 15V - 1A. The base unit also includes a rail and a guide, ensuring efficient and error-free feeding of the screws.
