NSR - Quicher/Ohtake, screw size M 2.3
The Quicher/Ohtake Screw Feeder NSR-23 (Robotic) is specifically designed for handling screws of size M 2.3 and enables precise and efficient processing in automated environments such as screw robots. The device offers an impressive processing speed of 2 screws per second and can handle metric, imperial, and self-tapping screws. Additionally, it is possible to use screws with washers or spring washers.
The maximum thread length is 20 mm, and the device's vibration strength is individually adjustable. The interchangeable feed rails of type NSR and the adjustable bit guide allow for precise positioning of the screws. The base unit comes with a rail and guide and measures 123 mm in width, 181 mm in length, and 148 mm in height. The electrical connection is made via 240V 50/60 Hz, and an AC adapter for DC 15V - 1A is included in the scope of delivery. The filling volume of the screw feeder is 80 cm³.
