The screw singulation device Universal KFR-1050 from Kilews is a state-of-the-art solution for precise and efficient handling of screws. This device is particularly suitable for screws with a shank diameter from M 1.0 to 5.0 mm and a maximum length of 19 mm. It features an adjustable feed rail that can easily be adapted to up to 11 different sizes, making it ideal for top-heavy screws and screws with captive washers.
The width of the device is 182 mm, the height 147 mm, and the length 126 mm, with a weight of 2200 g. The filling volume of the singulator is between 200 and 220 cm³. Users can individually adjust the vibration and feed speed, allowing for optimal adaptation to specific requirements. A special feature is the automatic shutdown, which is activated as soon as there are no more screws in the removal position, contributing to efficiency and safety in operation.
