PoSy80 base frame for wall mounting

The PoSy80 base frame for wall mounting is an advanced positioning system that allows precise tool guidance through its exact positioning on the X, Y, and Z axes. With an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm within the swivel range and the ability to store up to 80 positions, it is ideal for use with electric, EC, and pneumatic screwdrivers.
The technical specifications of the parallel support arm include a span of approximately 960 mm, a maximum torque of 80 Nm, a tool holder size of 32 - 45 mm, and a column height of 600 mm. The pneumatic connection is 6 mm with a plug connection and operates at 6 bar.
Additionally, the PoSy3D-Box offers advanced features such as an SSI absolute encoder for position measurements without machine zero point, a depth measurement of approximately 0.5 mm, and an expandable swivel range up to 800 mm. The control is carried out via Com and RS485 interfaces, with eight programs directly programmable and an unlimited number more via RS485.
The system is characterized by an extremely torsion-resistant construction, is completely ball-bearing mounted, and effectively absorbs reaction moments. The pneumatic cylinder is adjustable for different tool weights and can be expanded to a 3-axis positioning system.

Parallel support arm with positioning system

The positioning system PoSy80 assures a precise tool guidance when screwing your components. Using the PoSy80 together with the parallel support arm it is possible to determine every position on the X, Y and possibly Z-axis. Within the pivoting range this position is accurate up to 0,01 mm.
