PoSy80 base frame with column

The PoSy80 base frame with column is a high-precision positioning system specifically designed for the accurate guidance of screw tools. It allows for precise determination of positions on the X, Y, and Z axes within a swivel range with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm. The system can store up to 80 positions and the sequence of operations is freely programmable or preset.
The integrated parallel-support arm offers a span of 960 mm and can handle a maximum torque of 80 Nm. The tool holder is designed for diameters from 32 to 45 mm, while the column height is 600 mm. The system is compatible with electric, EC, and pneumatic screwdrivers and features a 6 mm plug connection for the pneumatic connection at a pressure of 6 bar.
Additionally, the PoSy80 is equipped with the PoSy3D-Box, which enables depth measurement of about 0.5 mm and offers an expandable swivel range of up to 800 mm. Control is via a Com interface with the option to choose from eight pre-programmed settings or create unlimited programs via the RS485 interface. The system supports all common electric screwdrivers and, with the DL-C-Box 101, also pneumatic screwdrivers.
The robust design of the PoSy80 includes an extremely torsion-resistant, fully ball-bearing construction that effectively absorbs reaction moments and a pneumatic cylinder that is adjustable for different tool weights. It is expandable to a 3-axis positioning system, providing additional flexibility in application.
