The Ceramic Trimmer Slot XONIC 4845-ESD, manufactured by CK, is distinguished by its high-quality zirconia ceramic tips, which allow for safe trimming of highly sensitive electronic components. These trimmers are ideal for use in environments where electromagnetic induction and eddy current losses must be avoided. They provide complete electrical insulation and are both non-magnetic and anti-static. The trimmers are equipped with a screwdriver tip of 1.3 mm and a shaft length of 15 mm, with a handle length of 85 mm and a shaft diameter of 1.8 mm. ESD safety is ensured with these tools, making them suitable for use in sensitive electronic work environments. The blades of these trimmers are heat-resistant up to 1000°C, rust-free, and extremely resistant to wear – up to ten times better than metal and a hundred times better than plastic. Moreover, they are resistant to all strong acids (except hydrofluoric acid) and have a non-stick surface that prevents the adhesion of solder or silver. Their contamination-free blades are also excellent for cleanroom applications.
Electrostatic Discharge - marking for materials intended to protect other components from ESD by avoiding potential differences.
Slotted
The slotted head, also known as the flat slotted head, is one of the oldest and simplest screw head shapes. It has a single, straight slot on the top of the screw head, which is operated with a flat screwdriver (slotted screwdriver).
