Ceramic trimmer slotted XONIC 4845-ESD 2.6x15
The Ceramic Trimmer Slot XONIC 4845-ESD, manufactured by CK, are specifically designed to meet the requirements for safely trimming highly sensitive electrical components. These trimmers are equipped with zirconia ceramic tips that avoid electromagnetic induction and exhibit no eddy current loss in high-frequency applications. The tips provide 100% electrical insulation, are completely non-magnetic, and anti-static.
The screwdrivers with a tip width of 2.6 mm and a shaft length of 15 mm are characterized by unmatched wear resistance, which is 10 times better than that of metal and 100 times better than that of plastic. The blades are heat resistant up to 1000°C, extremely resistant to all strong acids (except hydrofluoric acid), and have an extremely low thermal conductivity. Moreover, they are 100% rust-free and feature a non-stick surface that prevents the adhesion of solder, soft solder, or silver. The contamination-free blades are also suitable for use in cleanrooms.
