The Wera 1460 ESD Micro Torque Screwdriver is specifically designed for precise and controlled screwing in electrostatically sensitive components. This tool is equipped with a Kraftform Micro handle that features a rotating cap and a rapid-turn zone for efficient working without the need to reposition your grip. The screwdriver features a compact handle/interchangeable blade system that allows for quick bit changes and is suitable for bits with 4 mm Halfmoon drive (Wera series 9) and 4 mm HIOS drive (Wera series 21).
The torque is preset at the factory to 0.035 Nm and can be adjusted within a range of 0.02 to 0.06 Nm. The torque accuracy is +/- 10%, and the repeatability of the torque setting is 100% guaranteed. When the preset torque is reached, there is a clearly audible and perceptible click. The manual release torque is unlimited, and the electrical surface resistance is ≤ 109 Ohm, making the screwdriver ideal for use in areas where protection against electrostatic discharge is required. The screwdriver complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and has a length of 131 mm.
