When working on electronic components, there is a risk of damaging them. With the TorqueVario®-S ESD torque screwdriver, this problem is a thing of the past. The ESD torque screwdriver is manufactured according to the international standard IEC 61340-5-1, thus ensuring maximum protection of electronic components. The dissipative tool handle has a surface resistance of 10⁶ - 10⁹ Ohm and safely and controlledly dissipates electrostatic energy. Additionally, the torque screwdriver enables controlled screw tightening. With the integrated numerical scale and the included adjustment tool, the torque range can be variably set, thus covering a wide range of applications. A clearly audible and tactile signal when the torque is triggered ensures process-safe work and protects against material damage and rework. With a release accuracy of +/- 10%, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The set includes a bit holder for 1/4" bits. The ESD torque screwdriver is also compatible with Wiha Torque 4 mm interchangeable blades (Series 2859). All tools in the set are safely and neatly stored in a robust and clear box.
