ESD torque handle TV1

The ESD Torque Handle TV1 from Wiha is specifically designed for precise work on electronic components and effectively prevents their damage by electrostatic discharges. This tool complies with the international standard IEC 61340-5-1 and offers a surface resistance of 10⁶ - 10⁹ Ohm, which safely dissipates electrostatic energy.
The TorqueVario®-S ESD allows for a wide range of applications through its variable torque setting, which can be adjusted via a numerical scale and the included adjustment tool. The torque range is from 0.1 to 0.6 Nm, and the release accuracy is ±10%, meeting the DIN EN ISO 6789 requirements. An acoustic and tactile signal indicates when the set torque is reached, which also contributes to process reliability and avoids rework.
The screwdriver type is a bit holder with receptacles for 4.0 mm and 6.35 mm (1/4") bits, making it compatible with the Wiha Torque 4 mm interchangeable blades (Series 2859). The handle offers ergonomic comfort with its patented SoftFinish® design and is recommended by doctors and therapists of the AGR. The total weight of the screwdriver is 137 g with a handle length of 127 mm.
Please note that bit holders and bits are not included in the scope of delivery. However, the set includes the Torque-Setter and the Universal Bit Holder (2859), all securely stored in a robust box.
