The hexagonal interchangeable slimBit 2831 VDE 3.0 by Wiha is specifically designed for electrical applications and is distinguished by its innovative slimTECHNOLOGY. This technology integrates the protective insulation directly into the blade, making it up to 33% slimmer than conventional blades, thus also easily reaching deep-set screws and spring elements.The blade has a length of 75 mm and a tip width of 3.0 mm, while the shaft diameter is 6.0 mm. It is designed for use with the slimTorque VDE bit holder and supports a maximum torque of 5.5 Nm. Despite its light weight of only 8 g, it meets international safety standards according to IEC 60900, with each tool individually tested at 10,000 V AC and approved for work up to 1,000 V AC.
