The TorqueVario®-S VDE torque system from Wiha represents an optimal solution for controlled screw tightening with simultaneous safety in electrical applications. This 5-piece set includes an ergonomically designed torque screwdriver handle with an integrated numeric scale, two slimBits, an insulated ClicFix bit holder for secure hold, and an adjustment tool. The components are organized in a sturdy box that allows for easy storage and transportation.
The torque range of 0.8 to 5.0 Nm covers a wide range of applications and is complemented by an acoustic and tactile signal when the set torque is reached, ensuring high process reliability and preventing material damage and rework. The release accuracy of +/- 6% complies with DIN EN ISO 6789. Each tool in the set is tested according to IEC 60900 standard and suitable for working on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
The set not only promotes efficiency and reduces costs by minimizing warranty claims but also enhances safety through protected access to deep-seated screws. The patented SoftFinish® handle also ensures ergonomic handling, recommended by doctors and therapists.
