The Electrofield Meter Type 718 is an essential tool for measuring static fields and the charging of objects, ideal for technical applications in environments where control of static electricity is critical. This compact and handy device measures voltages from 0 to +19.99 kV and offers high measurement accuracy within 5% of the actual voltage.
The dimensions of the device are 24 mm in width, 70 mm in height, and 126 mm in length, making it easily portable with a weight of only 140 g including battery. It is powered by a 9V alkaline battery and features a 3.5-digit LCD display that allows for a clear and direct voltage display. The measuring distance is an optimal 2.5 cm, supported by LED target points for accurate measurement distance control.
The device operates reliably at an operating temperature of 10 to 30 °C and a humidity up to 80%. For sustained accuracy and reliability, an annual calibration interval is recommended. Additionally, it is CE certified, confirming its compliance with European safety standards.
