Electrostatic field meter EFM® 51 including bag
The EFM®51 Electrostatic Field Meter is a portable, handy device with a digital display designed to measure electrostatic fields and charges. It offers two operating modes: In "distance" mode, the device automatically converts the measured field strength into surface potential, while the "E-Field Mode" displays the actual field strength. The measurement ranges extend from 0 to ±160kV in "distance" mode and from 0 to 800 kV/m in "E-Field" mode.
The device measures according to the induction principle and displays data on a 2-line LCD display. It is battery-powered and comes with a 9V block battery, a grounding cable, two 2 cm measuring spacers, an instruction manual in German and English, and a factory calibration certificate.
The EFM®51 measures 122 mm in length, 70 mm in width, and weighs 130 g. The height is 26 mm. An optimal performance calibration interval of 12 months is recommended.
