Tester Safety Pips with warning signal incl. grounding plug
The Safety Pips tester, equipped with both optical and acoustic warning signals and a grounding module for Schuko sockets, is an essential tool for the continuous monitoring of articulated band systems. It signals any interruption in grounding and is designed for standard coiled cables with DK 10 mm or BA 4 mm connectors. The capacitive measurement of impedance in the range from 1 MOhm to (100 pF + 2 MOhm) enables precise monitoring, with the acceptable range between HI-Fail > 5 MOhm and LO-Fail < 400 kOhm.
The technical specifications include an operating voltage of 230 V and a test voltage from 0.01 to 4.00 V. The device operates with a 9 V block battery according to IEC/DIN 6F22, which offers a lifespan of over one year with 8 hours per day of positive reporting. The handy device measures 125 x 60 x 26 mm, weighs about 140 g (including battery), and is made of black, conductive ABS material. It can be used in a temperature range from 10°C to 40°C and a relative humidity of 20% to 80%.
A calibration interval of 24 months or as per the testing equipment list is recommended to always ensure precise results.Details
