PCSA 2 ESD Assembly Frame
The PCSA 2 ESD assembly frame is ideally suited for assembling and soldering printed circuit boards, especially in mass production. The circuit boards are securely held between the guide rails by braking knurled nuts, and the removable center bar allows for efficient use of the workspace. The pressure plate with ESD foam insert secures the components during assembly, with its distance from the frame being adjustable. The lid closes by spring force and allows for easy resumption of the work position by swinging up and rotating the holder.
The holder frame can be easily removed for transport. This product meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers the following Technical Specifications:
