PCSA 4 ESD Assembly Frame
The PCSA 4 ESD assembly frame is specifically designed for efficient placement and soldering of printed circuits, ideal for mass production. The removable center bar and braking knurled nuts allow for optimal use of the workspace, while the circuit boards are securely fixed between the adjustable guide rails. A cover plate with ESD foam insert ensures that the components are securely pressed during assembly. The distance of the pressure plate to the frame can be adjusted, and the lid closes using springs. For easy handling, the holder frame can be swung up, rotated, and removed for transport.
