The Spannfix BERNSTEIN small vice with mounting bracket is characterized by its precise functionality and robust construction. This model is specifically designed for use on workbenches and can be securely mounted using a base plate measuring 150 x 105 mm. The assembly is done through four through holes with a diameter of 9 mm.The design allows for stepless adjustment, making the vice head rotatable by 360° and tiltable by +/- 45°. This guarantees flexible handling of the workpiece in almost any position. The clamping is done without locking, but offers a strong hold through the innovative ball clamping technology.
The jaws of the vice are 50 mm wide and made of replaceable plastic, which allows for gentle processing of the material. The maximum clamping width is 70 mm with a clamping depth of 38 mm and a clamping pressure of 150 kiloponds. Despite its robust construction, the vice weighs only 1.3 kg and is available in a non-conductive, gray finish.

The BERNSTEIN ball joint vise has a steplessly adjustable joint head that can be rotated 360° and tilted +/- 45. The upper part of the vise can thus be tilted in any direction and allows for working in front of or above the table. With a simple lever movement, the ESD vise head is released in the conical socket, individually aligned and clamped again. In the EPA the ESD vise is connected to the grounding point with a 10 mm snap via the base.
