Blade L 1.5 standard

The "Messer L 1.5 standard" by CAB, specifically designed for use in the Hektor 2 separator, is distinguished by its precise manufacturing from high-quality special steel. This model is ideally suited for small web distances and prevents jamming in the circuit board by always being manufactured 0.15 mm narrower than the milling slot. The standard width of the knife is 1.35 mm, although intermediate sizes can also be made according to individual customer specifications.
The L-knife allows for the punching out of webs without the need to rotate the circuit board, ensuring efficient and time-saving processing. Available in five standard widths, this knife offers a flexible solution for various application needs.

Blades for Hektor 2

The blades for the Hektor 2Ā off-cut removerĀ are made of special steel. Each version is available in 5 standard widths.
To prevent the blade from jamming in the PCB, it should be at least 0.15 mm narrower than the milling slot. Intermediate sizes are manufactured according to customer specifications.
The L-blade is used for small off-cut spacings.
The T-blade is used to cut out off-cuts on the right and left edges. There is no need to turn the PCB.
