Blade L 3.0 standard

The "Messer L 3.0 standard" from CAB is specifically designed for use in the Hektor 2 tab separator. Made from high-quality special steel, this precision tool offers an optimal solution for small tab spacings on circuit boards. It has a width of 2.85 mm, ensuring that it does not get jammed in the milling slot of the circuit board. The standard width of the blade is 3.0 mm, but it is also available in five other standard widths. For specific requirements, intermediate sizes can also be custom-made according to customer specifications.
The L-blade is ideal for precise cuts without the need to rotate the circuit board. This increases the efficiency and accuracy of the machining process. With the additional T-blade, tabs can be effectively punched out both right and left at the edge of the circuit board, further simplifying the machining process.

Blades for Hektor 2

The blades for the Hektor 2 off-cut remover are made of special steel. Each version is available in 5 standard widths.
To prevent the blade from jamming in the PCB, it should be at least 0.15 mm narrower than the milling slot. Intermediate sizes are manufactured according to customer specifications.
The L-blade is used for small off-cut spacings.
The T-blade is used to cut out off-cuts on the right and left edges. There is no need to turn the PCB.
