Blade T 1.5 standard
The knife T 1.5 standard from CAB is specifically designed for use with the Hektor 2 web separator. Made from high-quality special steel, it provides a robust and precise solution for punching webs at the edges of circuit boards. The width of the knife is 1.35 mm, ensuring that it does not jam in the milling slot of the circuit board. This is particularly important as the knife should be at least 0.15 mm narrower than the milling slot to achieve optimal results.
The knife is available in five standard widths and can also be custom-made in intermediate sizes according to the specific requirements of the customer. For applications with small web distances, the L-knife is recommended, while the T-knife eliminates the need to rotate the circuit board by efficiently punching webs on both edges.
