Blade width, according to customer's specifications
The replacement blades for the Hektor separator, manufactured by CAB, are made of high-quality special steel and offer precise adaptation to specific customer needs. Available in five standard widths, these blades ensure optimal functionality without the risk of the blade jamming in the circuit board. To ensure this, it is recommended that the blade be at least 0.15 mm narrower than the milling slot. For special requirements, intermediate sizes can also be custom-made according to customer specifications.Depending on the application, various types are available: The L-blade is particularly suitable for small web distances, while the T-blade allows for the punching out of webs at the edges of the circuit board without the need to rotate the board. These customer-specific solutions highlight the flexibility and efficiency of the CAB replacement blades for Hektor.
