Matrix for Hektor 2 (precision casting)

The die for Hektor 2, manufactured using the precision casting process by CAB, is specifically designed for use in the Hektor 2 web separator. This high-quality tool is made from special steel and is available in five standard widths to ensure precise adjustment to the milling slots of circuit boards. To prevent the knife from jamming, it is essential that the knife is at least 0.15 mm narrower than the milling slot. For specific requirements, intermediate sizes can be custom-made according to customer specifications.
The die offers two special types of knives: The L-knife for small web distances and the T-knife, which allows the punching out of webs at the edges of the circuit board without having to rotate it. This product solution replaces item 893 2142 and expands the functionality for efficient working with Hektor 2 and 3.
