PCB separator MAESTRO 2 M, with motor
The MAESTRO 2M depaneling tool from CAB is specifically designed for fast and economical separation of printed circuit boards. This model features a motorized drive that allows for fatigue-free processing of larger quantities. The circuit boards are automatically transported by rotary blades and precisely separated along the score line. The device offers three adjustable speeds from 100 to 300 mm per second to meet various requirements.
Technically equipped with a cutting length of 15 to 300 mm and a maximum component height of 34 mm on both the assembly and soldering sides, the MAESTRO 2M meets high safety standards, including CE and FCC classifications. The titanium-coated blades ensure durability and precise cuts. With a circuit board thickness of 0.8 to 3.2 mm and a maximum remaining thickness of 0.8 mm, the device offers flexible application possibilities. The compact dimensions of 330 mm height, 195 mm width, and 620 mm depth, along with a weight of 19 kg, allow for easy operation and transport.
Additionally, the depaneler supports a variable voltage of 230 V and is designed for operating temperatures from 10 to 35 °C, as well as for storage and transport temperatures from -25 to 60 °C. The humidity should not exceed 10 to 85% to ensure optimal operating conditions.
