PCB separator MAESTRO 2 M, with motor
The MAESTRO 2M depaneler from CAB is a high-performance device for the motorized separation process of printed circuit boards. This model is distinguished by its compact design, which allows for efficient use of workspace, and is particularly suitable for fatigue-free separation of larger quantities. With a width of 195 mm, a height of 330 mm, and a depth of 620 mm, the MAESTRO 2M can easily be integrated into smaller production environments.
The titanium-coated rotary blades ensure precise and gentle processing of the scored PCBs, which can be handled with a maximum remaining thickness of 0.8 mm and a scoring depth of 0.25 mm. The depaneler offers three adjustable speeds to meet various requirements. The cutting length ranges from 15 to 300 mm, and the PCB thickness can be up to 3.2 mm.
The MAESTRO 2M operates reliably in an operating temperature range from 10 to 35 °C and can be stored under humidity conditions of 10 to 85%. Transport temperatures can range between -25 and 60 °C, making the depaneler suitable for various climatic conditions.
