The depaneling machine MAESTRO 3E / 450 from CAB enables precise separation of panelized printed circuit boards of both small and large formats. This manually operated device features an adjustable support table and a shelf that can be optimally adjusted to the respective working position. The distance between the linear blade and the shelf can be adjusted so that edge strips can effectively fall through and be sorted out.
The safe handling is ensured by placing the panelized printed circuit board with the scoring groove onto the linear blade and manually pulling the rotary blade. The distance between the hold-down and the linear blade is adjusted so that separation occurs exclusively along the scoring groove. The scoring groove itself can be interrupted by notches, which provides additional flexibility in the separation process.
Technically, the depaneling machine supports a PCB thickness from 0.8 to 3.2 mm and a maximum remaining thickness of 0.8 mm with a minimum scoring depth of 0.25 mm. The maximum separation length is 450 mm. The device operates at a temperature range from 10 to 35 °C and a humidity of 10 to 85%, non-condensing. The safety standards CE and FCC Class 1 are met, confirming compliance with EC directives.
The dimensions of the depaneling machine are 455 x 350 x 700 mm with a weight of 22 kg, highlighting its robust construction.
