- Directly to the pre-scored groove there are sensitive equipped componentsÂ
- You cut PCBs with a width of up to 3.2 mm
- Aluminium PCBs have to be cut
The PCB separator MAESTRO 4S moves across the pre-scored groove in up to five operation steps. During this precedure the distance of the blades is reduced in programmable steps between 0.6 mm and 0.05 mm. Up to eight programs can be stored in the control panel.
Moving across the pre-scored groove for several times minimizesminimiert tensile and pressure and thus the danger that sensitive components located near the pre-scored groove are damaged. Thick PCBs of FR4 or aluminium are cut without rest by this procedure.
Increasing the factory-set blade distance by 0.1 mm already reduces the tensile and pressure strength by 50 %. Increasing the mm, the stress is minimized by more than 10 times
