The panel separator MAESTRO 4S / 450 is specifically designed for stress-free separation of pre-scored FR4 and aluminum circuit boards, ideal for boards up to a thickness of 3.2 mm and directly next to sensitive components. The device allows for precise traversal of the scoring groove in up to five steps with programmable blade distances from 0.6 mm to 0.05 mm. The repeated traversal minimizes tensile and compressive stresses, ensuring the integrity of the components.
