The forming tool 500-103A from Weller Erem is a high-precision forming plier, specifically developed for right-angle bending of flat components such as contacts and power transistors. With a length of 120 mm and an ESD-safe design, this tool meets the strict MIL standards, with a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohm, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments.
The plier features a double, self-locking screw joint that minimizes wear and provides a large range of motion. The patented opening system integrates the springs invisibly, ensuring safety and durability without risk of injury. The "Stop! Limit system" prevents the crossing of the blades and protects them from damage.
An optional wire holder can be attached, which minimizes the risk of eye injuries and damage to assemblies from uncontrolled detached cutting debris.
