The narrow head shape of the plier is excellent for component connections in U-shape and axial forms. A double self-locking screw joint provides an extremely large range of motion and minimizes wear. The patented opening system integrates the springs invisibly, thereby ensuring safety and durability without the risk of injury. The "Stop! Limit system" prevents the crossing of the blades, thus avoiding damage.
Additionally, the forming tool 554A offers various blade shapes for universal use: from flush cuts for soft materials to normal cuts for hard and very hard steel wires. An optional wire holder is available, which minimizes the risk of eye injuries and damage to assemblies from uncontrolled detached cutting debris.

Flush cut. Extremely sharp cutting edges. Only suitable for soft steel wires, copper wire and cable.
Without bevel flush (facet)
Flush cut for soft materials.
