The blades are made of high-quality tool steel and hardened to Rockwell 63-65 HRc, providing excellent cutting performance. The cutter features a patented opening system that integrates the springs invisibly, thus minimizing injury risks. Additionally, the transition resistance of the ESD-safe standard handles is optimized between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohm according to MIL standard.
Technical details include a head width of 11 mm and a jaw length of 20 mm. The maximum cutting capacity for soft materials is at a diameter of 1.02 mm and for medium-hard materials at 0.4 mm. The cutter has a total length of 115 mm and a blade length of 5.08 mm. The double self-locking screw joint contributes to the reduction of wear, while the 'Stop! Limit system' prevents the blades from crossing.
An optional wire holder is available, which minimizes the risk of eye injuries and damage to assemblies from uncontrolled cut-off waste. This tool is therefore an ideal solution for professionals in microelectronics.

Flush cut. Extremely sharp cutting edges. Only suitable for soft steel wires, copper wire and cable.
