The cutting edges of the side cutter are additionally induction-hardened and achieve a hardness of approximately 64 HRC, which ensures long-lasting sharpness. Despite its robustness, the weight of the tool is about 20% less than that of conventional electronic pliers. A screwed joint with carefully manufactured joint surfaces allows for low-friction movement across the entire opening range. A smooth double spring supports gentle and even opening.
Ergonomically optimized multi-component sleeves and a pointed head further increase working comfort. The technical specifications include a length of 125 mm, a head width and a jaw length of 11 mm each, and a head thickness of 6.5 mm. The weight is 58 g. The material of the side cutter is steel, the surface is polished and burnished, which promises additional durability.
