Diagonal cutting pliers Micro 622N

The Weller Erem Micro 622N side cutter is a high-precision tool specifically designed for use in microelectronics and SMD applications. The side cutter features an oval head, optimally suited for universal cutting tasks at easily accessible locations. The cutting edges are made of high-quality tool steel and hardened to a hardness of 63-65 HRc, ensuring a long lifespan and re-sharpenability.
The innovative design includes a double self-locking screw joint, which minimizes wear, and a patented spring opening system that eliminates injury risks and enhances durability. The side cutter is also equipped with ESD-safe standard handles that provide a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohm, meeting the MIL standard.
The Stop! limit system prevents the crossing of the blades, thus protecting against damage. An optional wire holder is available, reducing the risk of eye injuries and damage to assemblies from uncontrolled cut-off debris. The total length of the side cutter is 110 mm, with a blade length of 7.62 mm and a head width and thickness of 9 mm each.
This tool is ideal for precise cutting tasks on soft to medium-hard materials, including copper wire and cables, and offers a reliable solution for professionals in the electronics industry due to its robust construction and ergonomic features.

The Weller Erem 600 Micro series is a range of the smallest precision cutting pliers with a variety of head shapes for access in hard-to-reach areas. These micro cutters are suitable for SMD and leads (670EP, 670EPF). The cutting pliers are manufactured from high quality tool steel with cutting edges hardened to 63-65 HRc. The precision cutting pliers have a non-reflective surface, are ESD-safe and can be resharpened.
