Diagonal cutting pliers RX8144
The Lindström RX8144 side cutter combines innovative technology and ergonomic design to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort in precision work. This high-performance tool is made from a robust steel alloy and further refined by phosphatization, which ensures long durability and resistance against corrosion. The induction-hardened edges achieve a hardness level of 63-65 HRC, making the side cutter ideal for cutting both soft and medium-hard materials. The maximum cutting capacity is for copper wire with a diameter of up to 1.29 mm for soft and 0.81 mm for medium-hard materials.
The ergonomically shaped ESD-safe two-component handles provide a secure grip and are specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The tool features an opening spring whose tension and aperture can be adjusted in three stages, to facilitate handling and reduce fatigue. With a total length of 135.5 mm and a weight of only 68 g, the RX8144 side cutter enables precise cuts even in hard-to-reach areas. The cutting edges are precision-ground to ensure a clean and smooth cut, while the friction-reducing screw connection prevents the overlapping of the handles. Available in various cutting shapes: micro-bevel, flush, and ultra-flush, this tool offers versatile applications for a wide range of requirements.
