The RX8145 side cutter from Lindström, made from a high-performance steel alloy, offers a precise and durable solution for demanding cutting tasks. This tool is treated with phosphatization and features induction-hardened cutting edges that achieve a hardness level of 63-65 HRC, ensuring exceptional cutting quality and longevity.
The ergonomic ESD-safe two-component handles enhance comfort and safety during use. The cutting edges are precision-ground, which, together with the friction-reducing screw joint, allows for smooth cuts without overlapping the limbs. The side cutter offers three different cutting shapes: micro-bevel, flush, and ultra-flush, ideal for fine finishing work and use in hard-to-reach areas.
Additionally, the tool is equipped with a spring opening that is adjustable in three stages, allowing variation in spring tension and opening width. With a total length of 135.5 mm and a weight of 68 g, the RX8145 is handy and effective in application. The maximum cutting capacity for soft materials is 1.02 mm in diameter and 0.81 mm for medium-hard materials.
