Diagonal cutting pliers RX8162

The Lindström RX8162 side cutter is a high-precision tool specifically designed for demanding cutting tasks. This model is distinguished by its oval jaws and the use of a high-performance steel alloy, which ensures optimal durability and resilience. The cutting edges are induction-hardened and achieve a Rockwell hardness of 63-65 HRC, guaranteeing long-lasting sharpness.
The ergonomic 2-component Ergo handles with a thermoplastic surface on hard polypropylene provide a secure and comfortable grip. The cutting capacity of the side cutter is optimally designed for copper wire, and the various cutting types such as Micro-Bevel®, Flush, and Ultra-Flush® allow for versatile applications. The friction-reducing screw connection increases the precision of the cutting edges with each cut.
With a length of 147 mm and a weight of 97 g, the RX8162 side cutter is handy and efficient for work on wiring harnesses and circuit boards. The ESD-safe handles protect sensitive electronic components from static discharge, while the opening spring limits and adjusts the tension during use. The flush-edge allows for precise cuts on soft materials up to a diameter of 2.0 mm.
