ESD Diagonal cutting pliers 8150 CO

Discover the high-quality ESD diagonal cutters with bevel from Lindström, equipped with oval jaws and a length of 112.5 mm. These precisely crafted pliers are ideal for cutting copper wire up to a diameter of 1.6 mm and are characterized by their ESD-safe handles made of synthetic material. The handles offer additional comfort through an integrated opening spring and are available in the "CO" version with antistatic, conductive grip sleeves, making them particularly safe.
The diagonal cutters are made from a high-performance steel alloy and have a burnished surface, which, together with the numerically controlled machine grinding technology, ensures high cutting angle accuracy and contact. The induction-hardened cutting edges with a hardness of 63-65 HrC and a special friction-reducing screw connection increase the tool's load capacity and durability. Weighing only 50 g and with a head width of 12.5 mm, these pliers are particularly suitable for precise work on wiring harnesses and circuit boards.

Lindström ESD diagonal cutting pliers

Discover the precision and reliability of the 80 series diagonal cutting pliers with oval jaws!
With ESD-safe handles made of synthetic material and an optional opening spring for maximum comfort and safety.
The specified cutting capacity applies specifically to copper wire. Manufactured from a high-performance steel alloy and with precision-ground cutting edges, the diagonal cutting pliers guarantee a particularly long service life and a clean cut. The induction-hardened cutting edges with 63-65 HrC ensure maximum hardness and robustness. They are equipped with a friction-reducing screw connection, which increases the line accuracy of the cutting edges and therefore ensures precise cuts. They are particularly suitable for working on wire harnesses, for assembly tasks on PCBs or generally for working in hard-to-reach areas.
The 'CO' version also offers antistatic, conductive handles for additional safety.
