The ESD diagonal cutter 3883 from CK is a high-precision tool specifically designed for fine cutting work in microelectronics and precision mechanics. This diagonal cutter features a micro-conical cutting head that facilitates access in tight spaces, and sharp, precision-ground cutting edges that allow for flush cutting. The blade made of hardened special tool steel guarantees lasting cutting performance.
The ergonomically shaped two-component handles are electrostatically discharging and offer high comfort during work due to their contoured design. The black oxidized surface contributes to corrosion resistance and minimizes disturbing glare. A gentle return spring increases comfort during repetitive cutting tasks. The components are connected via a durable stainless steel rivet.
Technical specifications include a head thickness of 4.0 mm, a head width of 9.5 mm, and an overall length of 132 mm. The jaw length is 16 mm and the head shape is angled. The diagonal cutter can cut wires up to a diameter of 1.29 mm (AWG 16) and is ESD-compliant, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments.
