ESD diagonal cutting pliers 5350
The ESD side cutter 5350 by ideal-tek is a high-precision tool specifically designed for demanding cutting tasks. This model is part of the family of large conical pliers and is characterized by its robust semi-flush cutting edge, which is ideal for precise cuts in sensitive environments. The cutter is equipped with an ergonomic ESD Ergo-Tek handle, which provides a secure grip and is particularly advantageous in areas exposed to electrostatic discharges.The blades of the side cutter are hardened to a hardness of 67 HRC, ensuring exceptional durability and precision. With a length of 125 mm and a weight of 85 g, the tool offers excellent handling. The head size of the cutter is normal, with a head thickness of 6.4 mm, a jaw length of 12 mm, and a head width of also 12 mm. The surface is sandblasted, which adds additional robustness.
The maximum cutting capacity of the tool includes soft materials up to a diameter of 1.63 mm, medium-hard materials up to 1.15 mm, and hard materials up to 0.7 mm. The side cutter is also ESD-safe and made of high-quality steel, with handles made of PP/TPE for improved comfort and control during use.
