ESD oblique end cutting pliers 8247 CO

The Lindström ESD Diagonal Cutter with Mini-Bevel represents a top solution for precise work in electronics manufacturing and repair. This highly specialized tool is ideal for cutting copper wire and is characterized by its long, 45° angled jaws, which enable precise cutting guidance. The cutting edges are induction-hardened and achieve a hardness of 63-65 HrC, which, together with the numerically controlled machine grinding technology, ensures excellent cutting angle accuracy and contact.
The handles of the diagonal cutter are made of synthetic material and are ESD-safe, equipped with an opening spring for increased handling safety. The tool features a burnished surface and a friction-reducing screw connection, which enhances the lifespan and resilience of the cutter. Weighing only 51 g and with a total length of 117.5 mm, it offers excellent balance and is particularly suitable for assembly and rework.
The Mini-Bevel and the small head size of the tool also enable a very fine and clean flush cut, ideal for precise applications in electronics assembly.

Discover the precision and reliability of the 80 series diagonal cutting pliers with oval jaws!
With ESD-safe handles made of synthetic material and an optional opening spring for maximum comfort and safety.
The specified cutting capacity applies specifically to copper wire. Manufactured from a high-performance steel alloy and with precision-ground cutting edges, the diagonal cutting pliers guarantee a particularly long service life and a clean cut. The induction-hardened cutting edges with 63-65 HrC ensure maximum hardness and robustness. They are equipped with a friction-reducing screw connection, which increases the line accuracy of the cutting edges and therefore ensures precise cuts. They are particularly suitable for working on wire harnesses, for assembly tasks on PCBs or generally for working in hard-to-reach areas.
The 'CO' version also offers antistatic, conductive handles for additional safety.
