Micro diagonal cutting pliers RX8234, short jaws, 10° bent
The Lindström RX8234 micro side cutter, developed as part of the ERGO™ process, combines precision and ergonomics for demanding tasks. This high-quality tool is equipped with ESD-safe ERGO™ 2-component handles that offer a thermoplastic surface on hard polypropylene, ensuring optimal grip. The short, 10° angled jaws and the burnished surface made of a high-performance steel alloy ensure durability and reliability.
The numerically controlled machine grinding technology of this side cutter ensures precise cutting angles and contacts, while the induction-hardened cutting edges with a hardness of 63-65 HrC ensure high load capacity. A friction-reducing screw connection increases the accuracy of the cutting edges, and the integrated opening spring can be adjusted to three positions or removed, limiting tension during the work period.
The side cutter is particularly suitable for fine assembly and rework on materials up to a diameter of 0.4 mm. With a total length of 141 mm and a weight of only 62 g, this tool offers excellent handling. The head shape is extra small and angled, enabling precise work in hard-to-reach areas.
