The angled front cutter RX8247 by Lindström, with long, 45° angled jaws, is specifically designed for demanding applications in electronics and precision mechanics manufacturing. This high-precision tool is made from a robust steel alloy and achieves a Rockwell hardness of 63-65 HRC through precision induction hardening, giving it extraordinary strength and durability.
The ergonomic ERGO™ handles are made from a dual-component material that combines a thermoplastic surface for optimal grip and a stable polypropylene for high resistance. The handles are ESD-safe and prevent electrostatic discharges, making them ideal for working with sensitive electronic components.
The cutting edges are numerically controlled ground to ensure maximum accuracy and contact, increasing the tool's load capacity and durability. A special screw connection reduces friction and improves cutting performance. The cutter's opening spring can be adjusted to three positions or removed to regulate tension during use.
With a length of 143 mm and a weight of 72 g, the angled front cutter offers comfortable handling and is particularly suitable for precision tasks such as assembly and rework. The maximum cutting capacity for copper wire and the ESD safety make it an indispensable tool in the electronics industry.
